Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for supporting I Love ME Gems by Manos Emprendedoras, a project that empowers immigrant women artisans in Colorado. Every piece you purchase helps create opportunities, fair income, and community for talented women building new lives through art and craftsmanship.
We take great care in making and packaging each piece, but we understand that sometimes things don’t go as expected. This policy explains how we handle returns, refunds, and exchanges.

All sales are final.

We will gladly repair, replace, or refund any item that arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, under the conditions listed below.

Because our jewelry is handmade in small batches, slight variations are part of its unique charm and not considered defects.
Processing and Shipping

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on weight, carrier, and destination.

We ship with USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL, and provide a tracking number once your package is shipped.

Processing may take 2–5 business days, depending on item availability.
Address Accuracy & Delivery
Please confirm that your shipping address is correct when placing your order.
We cannot replace or refund items shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Once the carrier marks a package as Delivered, liability transfers to the recipient. For missing packages, please file a claim directly with the carrier; we will assist if possible.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees. These are not included in our prices or shipping rates.
Delays caused by customs or international carriers are outside our control and are not grounds for refunds.
Cancellations
If you need to modify or cancel your order, please email us as soon as possible at admin@ilovemegems.com.
Orders can be modified or canceled only before fulfillment begins. Once processing or shipping has started, changes cannot be made.
Returns, Replacements, and Refunds
If your jewelry arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we are happy to help.
To Report an Issue

Notify us within 7 days of delivery.

Include your order number, a short description of the issue, and clear photos of the item, packaging, and label.
We will review your claim and respond within 1–2 business days.
If approved, we may offer one of the following solutions at our discretion:

Repair of the same piece (if possible)

Replacement of the same or similar item

Refund to your original payment method

Store credit if preferred
Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable except where the error was ours.
Items Not Eligible for Return
Because of the handmade and personal nature of our products, the following are final sale:

Custom-made or personalized items

Earrings or body-contact jewelry (for hygiene reasons)

Items marked “Final Sale” or “Clearance”

Gift cards or digital downloads

Any item showing signs of wear, alteration, or tag removal
Refunds (When Applicable)
Once a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method.
Depending on your bank, funds may take 5–10 business days to appear.
Shipping, customs, and handling fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If a replacement item is available, we will process an exchange at no cost once the original item is approved for return.
If not available, you may choose a store credit or refund.
Gifts
If you received a defective or incorrect gift, please contact us with proof of purchase or the name of the gift giver. We’ll be happy to provide a replacement or store credit.
