Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with I Love ME Gems by Manos Emprendedoras.
Every order you place helps empower immigrant women in Colorado through fair work and creative opportunities. We deeply appreciate your support and strive to ensure your order arrives safely and on time.


1. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

  • Most orders are prepared for shipment within 2–5 business days after payment is received.

  • Processing times may vary depending on product availability, order volume, and handmade production schedules.

  • During special events, holidays, or product launches, processing times may be slightly longer.

If there’s any unexpected delay, our team will contact you by email.


2. Shipping Methods and Carriers

We ship with trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL, depending on your location and order size.
Shipping options and costs will be displayed at checkout before completing your purchase.

We currently ship to:

  • All 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii

  • Select international destinations (see below)


3. Domestic Shipping (United States)

  • Standard shipping usually takes 3–7 business days after the order has been processed.

  • Expedited or priority shipping may be available at an additional cost.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order ships, including a tracking number to follow your package.

Please note that delivery times are estimates provided by carriers and may vary due to weather conditions, holidays, or carrier delays.


4. Local Pickup

Local customers in the Denver and Aurora areas may request pickup options when available through our community markets or artisan events (Ruby’s Market, Four Mile Historic Park, or Stanley Marketplace).
To arrange a pickup, please contact us directly at admin@ilovemegems.com before placing your order.


5. International Shipping

We are proud to share our jewelry with the world.
However, please note:

  • International shipping times vary based on destination and customs processes.

  • Orders may take 2–4 weeks to arrive after shipping.

  • Customs duties, taxes, or import fees are not included in our prices or shipping charges and are the responsibility of the buyer.

  • Customs inspections may cause delays beyond our control.


6. Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address during checkout.
We are not responsible for delays or lost packages resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or outdated addresses provided by the customer.

If you realize you entered an incorrect address, email us immediately at admin@ilovemegems.com.
If your order has not yet shipped, we’ll do our best to correct it.


7. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear on the carrier’s website.

If you have not received tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order, contact us so we can assist you.


8. Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

We take great care in packaging and shipping your jewelry, but once the package is handed to the carrier, responsibility transfers to them.

If your package:

  • Arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the package and item.

  • Is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. We will assist you if possible.

  • Is lost in transit, please allow up to 10 business days for investigation before a replacement or resolution is considered.

We are not liable for packages stolen after delivery confirmation.


9. Split Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately depending on availability.
You will receive tracking information for each shipment at no additional cost.


10. Delivery Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Weather conditions

  • Natural disasters

  • Carrier or customs delays

  • Incorrect addresses provided by customers

However, we will always do our best to help you locate your order and stay informed.
